Payment and Shipment

Once the payment has been completed, the ordered product will be handed over to the parcel delivery company according to the specified shipping method. In most cases, shipments are handled by the GLS courier service.

After the package has been dispatched, GLS will send you an email notification containing the shipment details and the tracking number.

According to the courier service’s standard delivery time, the package will arrive within a maximum of 5 days from the date of shipment.


Training for NLS Device Customers

If you have ordered an NLS device from us, we kindly ask you to notify us once you have received your package.

Using remote desktop access, our specialist can also assist you during the installation process, as depending on the laptop or computer, it may be necessary to perform various minor adjustments to ensure the device and software operate smoothly and provide a comfortable user experience.

After confirmation, we will schedule 5 hours of online training on how to use the device. The training will take place at a pre-arranged time and will be conducted in English.
